Proficient in the assembly and disassembly, calibration, usage and troubleshooting of personal computers, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, network equipment (LAN), Network Area Storage (NAS) devices, tape libraries, handheld devices, IT peripherals, and other hardware devices.
Must be able to collaborate with team members to improve repair process and efficiency
Must be able to provide excellent customer service by addressing client issues tracked through tickets
Must be able to perform basic time and task tracking
Must be able to travel to other locations as needed (1-2 hours)
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in managing and maintaining network environments
A+ certification is preferred
General diagnostic and troubleshooting knowledge
Ability to perform maintenance services on various types of hardware
Experience working in government environments is preferred
