Job summary

Berry Solutions Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to perform maintenance on equipment throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate will have a broad diagnostic and troubleshooting skillset and hold an A+ certification.

You will work with PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, network gear (LAN/NAS), and other hardware across Pennsylvania, collaborating with teammates and vendors. Government environment experience is preferred and local candidates are required; some travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in managing and maintaining network environments.
• A+ certification is required.
• Proficient in assembly/disassembly, troubleshooting and maintenance of PC hardware and peripherals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience with government environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the assembly and disassembly, calibration, usage and troubleshooting of personal computers, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, network equipment (LAN), NAS devices, tape libraries, handheld devices and other hardware across PA.
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client issues tracked through tickets.
• Travel to other locations as needed (1-2 hours).

Must be able to perform basic time and task tracking

Must be able to travel to other locations as needed (1-2 hours)
