Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming tickets, telephone, voicemail, and email requests for internal customers experiencing issues with PC hardware, software, networking, applications, printers, and peripherals.
  • Use remote tools and visit site locations to resolve issues or complete requests related to PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Install or repair desktop hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proficiency with desktop user security.
  • Use established ticket systems effectively to manage requests and problem tickets.
  • Develop, document, and maintain technology processes and procedures.
  • Travel to other Sub-Zero/Wolf facility locations as needed.
