Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for the Field Services Branch in Frankfort, KY. The role is onsite at 275 East Main Street, Frankfort, and supports multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot computer equipment. Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is preferred.
