Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an on-site IT resource to provide deskside support for PCs and printers at the Arroyo site. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting of desktop equipment and rapid ticket-based escalations.

The candidate will coordinate with network, Unix, and Active Directory teams to obtain prompt responses and resolutions. This is an on-site position requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Deskside on-site support required due to frequent PC issues.
• Ability to raise tickets and obtain prompt responses from IT teams (network, Unix, AD).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop support for PCs and printers.
• Troubleshoot IT equipment and coordinate with escalation paths.
• Serve as point of contact for on-site IT resources.
