Job summary

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3–5 years of IT support experience.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Windows desktop and server environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving and a proactive attitude; good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and server support for Windows systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance).
• Assist users with software and hardware issues in Linux and Windows environments.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates on supported platforms.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or issues as needed.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our Fort Worth team. The ideal candidate will be either a recent graduate with a strong foundation in IT systems or have 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting both Linux and Windows environments. This role focuses on providing technical support for Windows desktop and server systems along with some Linux workstations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and server support for Windows systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance).

• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.

Pay range for this role: $38—$44.23 USD
