Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Desktop Support professional to install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs and peripherals for new hires in the Hingham area. The role includes Level 2 hardware/software support, Windows 11, MECM/Intune deployments, and end-user assistance for mobile mail solutions.

Candidates should have 5+ years in desktop support, a BA/BS in technology or related field, and familiarity with Active Directory, M365, and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Desktop Support.
• Experience with Windows 11 and M365.
• Strong imaging and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Active Directory structures.

Responsabilités

• Provide installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Build and configure computers and peripherals for new hires.
• Update and maintain computer inventory and surplus equipment.
• Level 2 support for desktop hardware, Windows 11 OS and software.
• End User Support for mobile mail solution.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
