Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related program and returning to school in Fall 2027.
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and OneNote) and Windows 11.
• Hands-on experience in IT solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end-user hardware and software issues across a Windows enterprise environment.
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving network connectivity, application, audio-visual and telephony problems facing end users.
• Follow ITIL-like processes, document cases, and ensure timely closure in an incident management system.
• Gain experience configuring, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise hardware and using SCCM/MECM.
