Job summary

VARITE is seeking a Desktop Support III in St. Joseph, MO. The role involves PV system support, reporting via SQL, and handling user onboarding for our PV environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining the PV Product Dictionary, triaging tickets, and coordinating training for PV users, with a hybrid in-office schedule and USC/GC work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Run routine reports and queries from the GPV database using SQL as needed.
• Support computerized system validation testing.
• Maintain PV systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance.
• Update Product Dictionary and add new entries.
• Maintain Product Family and Product Line data.
• Triage tickets for PV System support and act as 1st line support.
• Set up new PV System users and trainings.
• Set up PV Systems and curricula assignments; mailbox maintenance.
• Support PV System user communications and onboarding.
• Monitor PV systems and coordinate with IT/vendor to resolve issues.
• Review PV Documentation and assist with organization/archiving.
• Support dashboard maintenance and monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Job Title: Desktop Support III

Location: St. Joseph, MO

Contract Duration: 21 Months (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate Range: $30.00 - $32.14/hr. on W2.

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days a week in office

Hours: 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Work Authorization: Only USC or GC

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

Job Summary:

Responsibilities during RFP project:

• Responsible for running routine reports and queries from the GPV database tables using SQL when needed.
• Support computerized system validation testing.
• Responsible for PV systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in databases.

• Product Dictionary updates and new entries.
• Product Family maintenance.

• Product Line updates.

• Responsible for triage tickets for system support.

• 1st line of support for PV System tickets.

• Support new user setup in PV Systems.

• PV Systems set up.
• Curricula assignments
• Mailbox maintenance.
• Supporting initial login for new users.

• Support Training coordination for PV User community.

• New User trainings.

• Support communication to PV System User community.

• Front line to User community for system support.

• Support PV system monitoring and liaise with IT / Vendor to resolve system issues.

• Case Type Changes?
• Product Family verifications?

• Supports review of PV Documentation.
• Support PV Documentation organization and archiving.
• Supports dashboard maintenance and monitoring.
• All other duties assigned by Leadership.

Education:

• IT or Business Degree (Associate or Bachelor's).
