We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients. Work Model

• On-demand / field support role
• The Service Delivery Team will share work assignments
• Engineers will be contacted via phone or email when support is required
• Engineers will receive site location, SPOC details, and reporting time before each assignment
• No guaranteed number of working hours
