Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Anderson, CA.

This contract-based, part-time role offers hands-on troubleshooting for Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, installing and configuring hardware and software, performing basic LAN troubleshooting, and documenting activities for the service delivery team.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide on‑demand, on‑site IT support for enterprise clients. This role involves responding to service requests when required and providing hands‑on technical assistance for desktop systems, laptops, network connectivity, and peripheral devices at the client location. This is a contract‑based, on‑demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as and when support is required. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
