Responsibilities

• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role Overview

IT support for enterprise clients. This role involves responding to service requests when required and providing hands-on technical assistance for desktop systems, laptops, network connectivity, and peripheral devices at the client location. This is a contract-based, on-demand position, meaning work assignments will be provided as and when support is required. Availability and responsiveness are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
