Qualifications

Currently enrolled student pursuing an Associate’s or higher in IT, MIS, CS, Business, or related field.

Basic technical troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and iOS.
Familiar with AI concepts and ability to discuss AI tools and workplace applications.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Available to work 19 hours per week while attending classes.
On-site availability in Dayton, OH.

Responsibilities

Deliver and install desktop and laptop systems, including data migration and software installation.
Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Resolve hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity issues.
Collaborate with vendors to support problem resolution.
Monitor IT infrastructure using monitoring tools and troubleshoot issues.
Assist with daily backup procedures and IT tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with other Dayton office technical roles and support duties.
