Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join a growing IT support team responsible for supporting a large enterprise environment. This role will provide hands-on desktop support across multiple office locations, assisting with device deployments, hardware refreshes, imaging, software installations, and end-user troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient IT professional who can quickly diagnose technical issues, support large-scale PC deployment projects, and provide excellent customer service to end users. Experience with endpoint management technologies, Microsoft Intune, and basic network troubleshooting is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & End User Support

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.


• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.


• Support a large user environment by responding to service requests and resolving technical incidents in a timely manner.


• Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating technical concepts to non-technical users.

PC Deployments & Refresh Projects

• Image, configure, and deploy Windows-based laptops and desktop systems.


• Support large-scale PC rollout and hardware refresh initiatives.


• Perform workstation setup, migrations, and replacements with minimal disruption to end users.


• Coordinate device deployments across multiple office locations.

Endpoint Management

• Assist with mobile device and endpoint management activities.


• Support Microsoft Intune administration, device enrollment, policy deployment, and troubleshooting.


• Maintain endpoint compliance and configuration standards.


• Assist with software deployment and application management efforts.

Hardware & Software Support

• Diagnose and repair issues involving Dell, HP, and other enterprise hardware platforms.


• Install, configure, and troubleshoot business applications and operating systems.


• Support printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and other peripheral devices.


• Ensure systems remain updated with approved software and patches.

Network Troubleshooting

• Investigate connectivity issues impacting end users and devices.


• Determine whether issues originate from endpoint devices, network infrastructure, or application-related problems.


• Work with infrastructure and networking teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.


• Troubleshoot basic networking components, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless connectivity.

Documentation & Asset Management

• Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures within the ticketing system.


• Maintain accurate records of deployed devices and inventory assets.


• Follow established IT processes, standards, and security policies.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Desktop Support, Technical Support, or End User Computing experience.


• Experience imaging, deploying, and supporting Windows-based desktop and laptop systems.


• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems.


• Experience supporting enterprise PC rollouts, technology refreshes, or deployment projects.


• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including:

• Experience supporting enterprise hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.


• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management.


• Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience.


• Experience supporting Dell and HP hardware environments.


• Software packaging and deployment experience.


• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure/Entra ID.


• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations and distributed office environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tallahassee, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
