Capgemini seeks an IT Support Specialist in Lynn, MA to manage Windows 7/10 environments, administer Active Directory and Group Policy, and coordinate incident resolution across multiple teams, ensuring timely restoration of services. Responsibilities include handling change tickets, supporting enterprise applications, and maintaining corporate Windows and iOS devices.

Strong written and spoken English, plus good time management, are essential.

• 3+ years hands-on IT support experience.
• Proficient with Windows desktop OS (Win 7/10) and Active Directory.
• Experience with Group Policy and AD administration.
• Experience coordinating incidents and change tickets across teams.

Good to Have Skills:

Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills

Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills

Client interaction and escalation management

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $19.42/hour - $30.34/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
