Tundra Technical Solutions seeks an experienced Tier 3 production support engineer to manage POS applications, platforms, and integrated systems in production. You will troubleshoot complex incidents, perform RCA, implement permanent fixes, monitor system health with enterprise tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and smooth deployments.

Descrizione del lavoro

Provide Tier 3 production support for POS applications, platforms, and integrated enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues in production environments.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents.

Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability using enterprise monitoring tools.

Collaborate with support, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to restore service and resolve issues.

Support production releases, deployment activities, and post-deployment validation.

Drive problem management, technical debt remediation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Automate operational processes and improve platform reliability, scalability, and resiliency.

Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures.

Participate in on-call support, major incident management, and operational governance activities.

Key Technical Skills:

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
