• Support technologies including MS Office/Outlook, Lotus Notes, Virtual Desktop, Junos Pulse, Active Directory, LANDesk, MDT imaging, and Cisco equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; assist with evaluation, testing, deployment, and upgrades.
• Configure and maintain warehouse equipment, including printers, RF units, and terminals.
• Monitor backups, UPS systems, and server/network equipment.
• Coordinate vendor support and provide end-user training.
• Maintain technical documentation, spare equipment inventory, and electronic waste records.
• Assist with technology planning, budgeting, process improvements, and other duties.
