Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, invites applications for a Desktop Administrator role supporting manufacturing IT Operations and Client IT Operations in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate maintains IT hardware and software in manufacturing processes and provides Tier 1 IT support.

You will troubleshoot incidents, manage endpoints, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure uptime and adherence to ITIL-based processes, documentation, and security practices throughout the site.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to IT hardware and software.
• Tier 1 coverage for Server, Network, and Data Storage Systems.
