Job summary

PACCAR is seeking an energetic Desktop Admin to support manufacturing and administrative IT operations. You will handle incidents, provide Tier 1 server and network support, manage AD accounts, and help optimize IT processes for reliability.

The role requires 1–3 years of IT experience and a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or a related field, plus certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL. Some lifting and flexible scheduling are involved.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years IT experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
• Industry certifications: Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL Foundation desired.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to IT hardware and software.
• Tier 1 coverage for server, network, and data storage systems.
• Monitor and maintain availability and performance of IT systems.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to IT processes.
