Iron Systems, Inc. in Indianapolis seeks an on-site IT Support Technician to deliver hands-on end-user support across desktop, mobile, and peripheral devices in Indianapolis.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, manage imaging, backups, and participate in data center tasks, with strong customer-facing communication.

The role requires SLA adherence, the ability to work independently, and professional conduct in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using a call logging system.
• Good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and Office applications.
• Mac support experience would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of mobile devices (Android/iPhone).
• Hardware knowledge: current and legacy PC/laptop components, repair/replacement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM.
• Ability to replace defective parts as directed.
• Hands-on installation and troubleshooting of DC equipment, rack, and cabling.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and desk-side support to end users.
• Troubleshoot PC-related problems under guidance.
• Complete incidents within SLA in a pressurized environment.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot Gold image on PCs/laptops.
• Update tickets daily.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing.
• Support printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Support mobile devices (Android/iPhone).
• Data backup/restoration during incidents.
• DC equipment hands-on support (rack & stack).
• Assist in troubleshooting data center devices as directed.
