Job summary

Oliver Bernard seeks a Senior Desktop Engineering Lead for its trading clients in New York. The role leads the NY/NA Desktop Engineering team, setting direction, mentoring staff, and driving critical projects in a fast-paced trading environment.

You will support hundreds of users in a Windows environment across Exchange/Outlook, Office 365, Azure and Active Directory, and act as the focal point for the engineering team to ensure top performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Windows-centric enterprise environment with Exchange/Outlook and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, access solutions, and software deployment.
• Excellent PowerShell, automation and scripting skills.
• Deep desktop hardware knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and coordinating a team.

You’ll support hundreds of users in a Windows environment across Exchange and Outlook, Office, M365, Azure and Active Directory etc. and be the focal point for the engineering team - Setting direction, mentoring, leading projects and driving a high achieving culture.

Requirements

• Great knowledge and experience in a Microsoft environment supporting Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure cloud etc
