Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a Desktop Engineer to support enterprise endpoint management, software deployment, and advanced desktop engineering initiatives. The role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and PowerShell, plus strong packaging and troubleshooting skills.

You will operate as a Tier 3 escalation resource, collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams to uphold endpoint standards, automate tasks, and develop technical docs and procedures for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with application packaging and deployment.
• Proven Tier 3 troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and endpoint technologies.

Responsibilities
