Job summary

Wipro Limited in Atlanta is seeking a Depot Operations Technician to support technology refresh initiatives by managing assets through break/fix and refresh workflows, ensuring accurate asset inventory, packaging, and shipping readiness.

You will update ticket notes in ServiceNow, coordinate high-volume shipments, organize staging areas, conduct inventory audits, and uphold security, quality and operational compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, asset tracking or technology deployment operations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar asset management platforms preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset inventory records and ensure data integrity.
• Update ticket notes, work logs, and asset status in ServiceNow and systems.
• Process devices through break/fix and refresh workflows.
• Prepare devices for shipment and verify asset information.
• Package and ship devices at scale; track shipments.
• Coordinate shipping activities and maintain shipment records.
• Organize staging areas for assets and conduct inventory audits.
• Adhere to security, quality and compliance requirements.
• Support cross-functional operational activities and special projects.
