Job summary

You will work with Windows 11, basic networking, and tools like SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink to monitor tickets, create SOPs, and support office and factory environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop support and field services experience with Windows 11 and printer support.
• 5+ years supporting audio-visual devices, including Cisco VC and telephony basics.
• 5+ years troubleshooting networking and WiFi issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on onsite break/fix for laptops, factory devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V systems.
• Monitor ticket queues and assign tickets through ITSM tools.
• Perform incident management and root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Utilize SCCM, IT Shop, and Nexthink for endpoint visibility and support efficiency.
• Apply Windows troubleshooting and basic network diagnostics to restore services.
