Job summary

GST, Inc. is seeking an IT Lead - Systems & Support to oversee and enhance our internal technology environment in Cerritos, CA. This role blends IT infrastructure, end-user support, cybersecurity, collaboration tools, AV systems, and AI-driven solutions.

You will manage Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and IT projects while improving operations and productivity for staff across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT administration, systems engineering, or senior support roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience in Windows environments.
• Hands-on with AD/Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, and user access control.
• Solid networking, endpoint management, security tech, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with collaboration tech, AV, and end-user computing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and endpoint management.
• Provide Tier II/III support for desktops, software, printers, networking, and apps.
• Maintain conference room tech, Teams Rooms, AV equipment, and collaboration tools.
• Support surveillance and video management systems and related network infra.
• Assist with networking, Wi-Fi, servers, backups, and cloud services.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls.
• Lead technology improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Drive adoption of collaboration tools and workflow automation.
• Evaluate and support AI-powered tools to boost productivity.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.

IT Lead - Systems & Support

Location: Cerritos, CA

Position Summary

Golden Star Technology (GST) is seeking an experienced IT Lead - Systems & Support to oversee and enhance our internal technology environment. This hands-on role combines IT infrastructure, systems administration, end-user support, cybersecurity, collaboration technologies, AV systems, and AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can support employees, manage Microsoft 365 technologies, lead technical projects, and identify innovative solutions that improve business operations and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Manage user accounts, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and endpoint management
• Provide Tier II/III support for desktops, laptops, software, printers, networking, and business applications
• Maintain and troubleshoot conference room technology, Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV equipment, and collaboration tools
• Support surveillance camera systems, video management platforms, and related network infrastructure
• Assist with networking, Wi-Fi, servers, backups, cloud services, and system reliability initiatives
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls
• Lead technology improvement projects from planning through implementation and documentation
• Drive adoption of Microsoft collaboration tools and workflow automation solutions
• Evaluate, implement, and support AI-powered tools that improve employee productivity and operational efficiency
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Support, or Senior Help Desk/Desktop Support
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration in a Windows-based environment
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, and user access management
• Knowledge of networking, endpoint management, security technologies, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Experience supporting collaboration technologies, AV systems, and end-user computing environments
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional internal customer support

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
• Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration platform administration
• Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room AV support
• IP surveillance cameras and video management systems
• PowerShell, Power Automate, or workflow automation tools
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or productivity-enhancing technologies
• Microsoft certifications (M365, Azure, Intune, or related technologies)
