Our client has a new opportunity for a qualified Deskside Support AV Tech to join their team onsite in Boston, MA. This technician will provide technical support for online classrooms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support online classrooms, ensuring quick logins and no technical issues for participants
• Troubleshoot connectivity and technical problems
• Primarily using we-connect and Zoom

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong deskside technician support skills
• Experience with we-connect and Zoom
• Excellent customer service skills, dealing with CEOs and executives
• Experience supporting online meetings
• Interest in technology, especially AV technology

Wage Range

The hourly rate is between $22.50 - $33.00 per hour. Factors influencing pay include location, skills, education, and experience.
