Job summary
Zones is seeking a Warehouse Deskside Support Technician (L1) in Spartanburg, SC to provide onsite IT support for distribution centers. You will work with enterprise desktop engineering standards and manage incidents via ServiceNow, ensuring high availability of devices and printers.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, deploying imaging, maintaining asset inventory, and supporting RF scanners and Zebra printers in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years IT support experience.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote IT support for end users
- Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of tickets
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support device lifecycle (deployment, imaging, replacement)
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation
- Support warehouse devices including RF scanners and industrial printers
- Perform proactive maintenance and audits
- Working from Heights up to 45ft to Support / Manage FD Cabinets
