• Act as the guest liaison with the Stylist and spa staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience.
• Schedule appointments.
• Assist with check-in by explaining salon and spa services.
• Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process.
• Graciously thank them for their visit.
