Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, provide written products, briefings and produce detailed products
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership
• Present research and briefing senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react to a highly fluid environment
• Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership and implement plans
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Act as the main point of contact between field and office guidance

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1–20 years of customer‑specific experience
• Possess excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in All‑Source analysis
• Experience writing IC‑related documents
• Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
• Experienced in creating, reading and processing all‑source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis and reports from all disciplines
• Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow‑through and manage status reporting and scheduling
• Foreign field experience from at least two overseas tours or extensive overseas TDY experience
• Direct customer experience and tradecraft certifications
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
• Experience in Intelligence Operations/Analysis/Support to Field Operations
