Job summary

RealmOne in Northern Virginia seeks Operations Advisors at multiple levels to support a government sponsor. You will perform a wide range of operational and programmatic activities, and deliver thorough, well-structured briefings on analysis to the customer.

The role emphasizes writing, rapid production of clear products under deadlines, and experience briefing senior executives. Travel and overseas assignments may be required, with security clearance active.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• At least two (2) total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS), or the equivalent of TDY experience.
• Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on analysis to the customer.
• Draft, coordinate, and monitor intelligence reports and production.

As an Ops Advisor, you will support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities, and will be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to the customer.

• This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.
• The Operations Advisor shall possess the following capabilities:
• Demonstrated proficiency in various writing and briefing styles.
• Proven ability to write clear and concise products under tight deadlines.
• Experience briefing senior executive management.
• Demonstrated success in multiple official overseas assignments in a senior leadership position.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to operational challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to apply counterintelligence and risk management principles to safeguard operations.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to field requests and draft communications to preserve and support operational equities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and support operational requirements; serve as an interface between customer equities domestically, in the field, and with other agencies on geographic or transnational issues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and track cases; draft, coordinate, and monitor intelligence reports and production; and provide timely guidance, including identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis using customer tools and databases; and to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in a geographical area or substantive issue.
• Qualifications: * Level 3
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated tradecraft-related work experience.
• At least one (1) CONUS or OCONUS tour as either the head of the customer site or as a referent for operations.
• At least two (2) total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS), or the equivalent of four (4) years of TDY experience.
• Sponsor certified/training as an operations officer. * Level 4
• Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated tradecraft-related work experience.
• At least two (2) CONUS or OCONUS tours as either the head of the customer site or as a referent for operations.
• At least four (4) total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS), or the equivalent of four (4) years of TDY experience.
• Sponsor certified/training as an operations officer * Level 5
• Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Tradecraft-related work experience
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
