• Familiarity with AMPS, ILMS, USPS tools preferred.

• Proactively monitors Diplomatic Pouch and Mail operations and resolves disruptions.
• Acts as primary point of contact for operational issues and logs events.
• Coordinates with USPS, DoW, and other agencies to resolve issues.
• Oversees post mailroom operations for efficiency and compliance.
• Performs compliance reviews and provides management recommendations.
• Contributes to training materials for ILMS and AMPS users.
• Travels to CONUS/OCONUS sites as needed; travel <25%.
