Job summary

LPL Financial seeks a manager for the Advisory & Product Consulting Desk in Fort Mill, SC. You will build and lead a team that supports clients via phone and email, providing knowledge on fee‑based solutions, platforms, products, and pricing.

Train, develop, and engage team members in line with LPL’s values. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and strategic partnerships with other departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred (if not held, exams soon after hire).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as a “Player Coach” and lead by example, field advisor calls and emails when necessary.
• Onboarding and training of new hires.
• Foster culture of engagement, diversity and inclusion.
• Streamline and enhance team operating procedures using feedback.
• Be results focused and educate/ reinforce performance.
• Establish and report team metrics and targets.
