Job summary

LPL Financial in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Consultant for the Rebalancing and Model Management Trading Support Desk to provide trading support to financial advisors and ensure a high quality service experience.

You will gain proficiency in our systems, assist with model management, rebalancing, and block trading tools, and handle 20-35 inbound advisor calls daily while working with Technology and agile project teams to enhance trading capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of financial services experience
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience

Responsibilities

• Provide system support to advisors regarding model management, rebalancing, and block trading tools.
• Maintain knowledge of equities, options, ETFs, and mutual funds, and understand market impacts of large trades.
• Master system capabilities to educate advisors on optimal usage and objectives.
• Assist with 20-35 inbound calls per day.
• Support Volume Contingency Plan by training Equity and/or Mutual Fund Trading as needed.
• Collaborate with Technology and Agile teams to showcase Enhanced Trading capabilities.
