Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manager for the Advisory & Product Consulting Desk in Charlotte, NC. You will build and lead a team that supports clients via phone and email, delivering platform education and product guidance while aligning with LPL’s values.

You will oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management, fostering engagement and continuous improvement across the desk to ensure high-quality client service and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in financial services.
• Ability to lead, train and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset.
• Desire to contribute to the success and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a “Player Coach” and lead by example, field advisor calls and emails when necessary.
• Onboarding and training of new hires.
• Foster a culture of engagement, diversity and inclusion.
• Streamline and enhance team operating procedures with advisor feedback.
• Establish, communicate and report on ongoing metrics and targets for team members.
• Responsible for performance management and accountability of the team.
• Conduct recurring team meetings and 1:1s with direct reports.
• Develop strategic partnerships with other team leaders and departments across LPL.
• Collaborate with department leadership on business and functional strategy.
