Kenosha YMCA seeks a friendly Membership Desk Attendant to greet members and guests, operate the member management system, and handle phone inquiries with a positive attitude.

You will provide high level customer service at the front desk, manage transactions, and support a welcoming environment for all visitors while complying with posted policies. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to a team-focused community program.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Cash handling skills preferred.

Job Location: Kenosha YMCA - Kenosha, WI 53144, Salary Range: $11.00 - $12.00 Hourly, BE A PART OF SOMETHING GREAT

We are seeking individuals to provide high level customer service to all members and guests to the Kenosha YMCA. The Membership Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting members and guests, understanding and operating our member management system, manage phone calls, provide an overall positive experience.
