Kenosha YMCA in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Building Supervisor to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests. You will ensure the building is secure at day’s end, respond to visitor needs, and support daily operations with professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills, plus CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.

• Previous customer service in a recreational facility.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Job Details: Job Location: Kenosha YMCA - Kenosha, WI 53144, Salary Range: $11.00 - $13.00 Hourly, BE A PART OF SOMETHING GREAT

The Building Supervisor maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all members and guests. Responding to needs of visitors and staff, maintains overall security of the facility, and ensures the facility is properly secure at the end of the day.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or related experience in a recreational facility.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic
• segments of the community
