Responsibilities

• Deliver trend-forward designs across Women's Fashion & Icon Bottoms.
• Conduct market, trend, and inspiration research to stay ahead.
• Support the Senior Director and Senior Designer with design work and presentations.
• Provide direction to the Assistant Designer and strengthen the team’s output.
• Partner with Merchandising, Product Development, and Sourcing to meet timelines, cost targets, and assortment goals.
• Create polished Illustrator sketches, flats, and presentation assets reflecting elevated style.
