Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to enhance the in-store experience and drive sales across our POP MART products. You will listen to customer needs, present product information, and close sales, with a focus on designer toys and our core lines.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a passion for pop culture and customer service. The position offers opportunities to learn, grow, and lead within a fast-paced retail environment across our stores.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage in conversations, and identify shopping needs.
• Provide in-depth information about POP MART products.
• Recommend products and help customers make decisions.
• Use the cash register to process transactions.
• Assist with stock shipments and organize the stockroom.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Drive sales of Blind boxes, MEGA, and accessories.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
