Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Designer II/III to assist in designing products, machinery, or tooling and to provide project management support, including scheduling and reporting. The role involves creating CAD drawings, preparing BOMs, maintaining files, and supporting prototyping and technical guidance on the shop floor.

Level II/III requirements include 2–4 years of relevant experience and a 2-year/associate degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for AutoCAD and Inventor knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of CAD systems (AutoCAD and Inventor Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create moderate complexity drawings for new products and changes under design team guidance.
• Prepare BOMs for new and changed designs.
• Maintain drawing files (CAD, PDF and other documentation).
• Assist with prototyping sheet metal designs as needed.
• Provide technical direction to shop floor personnel to resolve design issues as they arise.
