Job summary

Paramount’s Consumer Products Creative Studio seeks a seasoned designer to shape how big ideas are told—through decks, graphics, and motion that translate strategy into visuals. You’ll craft executive slides, visual systems, and engaging video content for cross‑functional teams.

You’ll contribute to style guides, push design judgment, and grow into new tools while collaborating with art direction, senior designers, and external partners in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional design experience across presentation, graphic design, motion, video, or related work.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive presentations, Property Snapshots, keynote content, and strategic storytelling decks from concept through polished final slides
• Create layouts, diagrams, icons, image treatments, and other visual assets that make complex ideas clear and memorable
• Edit video, prepare selects or simple assemblies, and create light motion graphics and presentation animation in Adobe After Effects or equivalent tools
• Support style-guide design, visual systems, and other high-priority design assignments while maintaining the Studio’s presentation and video focus
• Partner closely with the Senior Designer, Art Director, and Creative Producer; incorporate feedback thoughtfully and expand creative and technical range
