Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant creative experience across presentation, video, motion, or design.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in entertainment and consumer products.
- Strong portfolio of executive presentations and motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools, with light video editing in After Effects.
Responsibilities
- Set the Studio vision and quality bar for presentation and video work.
- Lead story structure, scripts, visual approaches, and music direction.
- Hands-on slide development, video editing, and light motion graphics.
- Coach talent and manage external partners from brief to delivery.
- Direct agencies and production partners to scale capacity while maintaining standards.
