Job summary

Paramount Pictures is seeking an Art Director to lead its Consumer Products Creative Studio, turning business strategy into compelling visual stories for executives and partners. You will guide presentation and video standards, direct internal and external talent, and hands-on contribute to slides, edits, and motion pieces.

The role requires 8+ years of multidisciplinary leadership and an exceptional portfolio in executive storytelling, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant creative experience, across presentation, video, motion, and design.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary creative teams in entertainment, consumer products, branding, or agencies.
• Exceptional portfolio spanning executive presentations, visual storytelling, motion graphics, and video.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote and/or PowerPoint, with hands-on video editing and light motion in After Effects.
• Proven ability to guide senior stakeholders, shape scripts and story, and lead external partners from brief to delivery.
• Experience applying company-approved AI-assisted tools to strategy, story development, visual exploration, image generation, and emerging video workflows, with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Set the Studio vision, quality bar, and priorities for presentation and video work, determining when broader design support is needed.
• Lead story structure, scripts, visual approaches, and music direction for marquee presentations, sizzle reels, and videos.
• Remain hands-on by developing slides, editing video, creating light motion graphics, and art directing priority work.
• Coach multidisciplinary creative talent across presentation design, graphic design, video editing, and light motion in After Effects.
• Build and direct a trusted network of agencies, editors, designers, animators, and production partners.
