Job summary

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, set the creative standard, coach talent, and collaborate with agencies and production partners.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant creative experience in presentation, video, motion, or design environments.
- Successful leadership of multidisciplinary creative teams in entertainment or consumer products.
- Strong portfolio including executive presentations and motion graphics.
Responsibilities
- Set Studio vision and priorities for presentation and video work.
- Lead story structure, scripts, visuals, and music direction for marquee pieces.
- Remain hands-on with slides, video editing, and light motion work in After Effects.
- Coach talent across presentation design, graphic design, video, and motion areas.
- Build networks with agencies and production partners to extend capacity.
