Job summary

OTJ is seeking a Designer to assist in the delivery of high-impact projects and ensuring design integrity across systems and solutions.

Responsibilities include developing test fits, space plans, and construction documents, supporting multiple projects, and participating in client presentations and construction administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in rendering software (Enscape, Lumion) or similar.
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Furnishings and finishes knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of building codes.
• Strong graphic communication of design concepts.

• Assists Senior Designers with selection of finishes and fixtures.

• Effectively researches/problem solves to coordinate development of code compliant designs.
• Participate in Construction Administration tasks and meetings.
• May oversee all design and drawings (smaller projects only).
