Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Aging & Independence, is seeking a Program Quality & Oversight Coordinator to support designation and program integrity across AGE programs. You will manage project plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with internal teams, ASAPs, providers, and state partners to improve performance and compliance.

Ideal candidate has strong project management, analytical abilities, and exceptional attention to detail, with experience in aging

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple complex projects with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare concise reports and summaries.
• Strong written and oral communication with internal leadership and external partners.
• Familiarity with human services, aging services, or regulatory oversight preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain project documentation, trackers, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Designation initiative across domains, timelines, and deliverables.
• Refine Designation measures, methodologies, tools, and guidance.
• Develop and test new Designation domains and measures; train stakeholders.
