Job summary

You will lead training, develop QA systems, review case records, and participate in conferences with staff and external partners. A background in public welfare and supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related social science field is required.
• 1 year of social work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple program areas is preferred.
• Certification as a Protective Services worker or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance across all agency departments and ensure program compliance.
• Develop and implement QA systems; train staff and address issues.
• Screen, review, and assign reports of need.
• Provide clinical supervision and programmatic oversight to staff.
• Support Protective Services functions and perform related duties.
