Job summary

Judson University A Baptist Institution is seeking a part-time Registration and DSO role for graduate programs, with an optional full-time pathway. The position oversees registration for new, continuing, and readmit students and serves as the Designated School Official for international students.

Responsibilities include advising, tracking progress, supporting catalog publications, and coordinating graduation ceremonies.

Summary:This position is responsible for overseeing the registration for new, continuing, and readmit students into our graduate programs while serving as our Designated School Official (DSO) for international students. Part-time position, full-time optional.Essential Functions:Advising students on program requirementsAssisting in student registrationTrack academic progress of graduate studentsAssist in graduate catalog publicationsServe as the institutions Designated School Officials (DSO) for international students alongside our Primary Designated School Official (PDSO)Additional Duties:Provide MyJudson assistance as needed to studentsAdvise graduate students on an as needed basis in special circumstancesSupport the mission and goals of the University and respective departmentPromote a positive, Christ-centered work environmentAssist in graduation ceremoniesOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree preferredExcellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to communicate effectively, prioritize work flow, and accept responsibility for total task completionExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact and communicate with students and adult program personnelAble to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple activitiesAble to work a varied work schedule to accommodate the needs of the adult studentsCommitment to Christian higher education and spiritual formationSalary & Benefits:$15/hour – Salary is commensurate with education and work experience.
