Job summary

Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment in Brainerd is seeking a Designated Manager to supervise MSOCS staff in a residential home for individuals with disabilities and to develop, implement, and evaluate residential services programs. The role requires leadership experience and the ability to manage resources effectively, ensuring safety and community integration.

The position features rotating shifts and travel for meetings, with on-site supervision essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of demonstrated experience in therapeutic, residential, or corrective environment providing counseling and rehabilitative care.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including supervisor roles or program leadership.
• Must meet qualifications to be Designated Coordinator per MN Statute 245D.081.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to achieve program objectives.
• Administer fiscal resources to ensure prudent expenditures and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate residential services to meet residents' needs.
• Provide direct care to residents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Implement administrative duties to provide safe, healthy, and attractive living environments.
• Develop positive relationships with the local community.
