Job summary

Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) seeks a designated manager to supervise a MSOCS residential home in Kasson, overseeing direct care staff and a funded program. The role emphasizes program development, fiscal stewardship, and regulatory compliance to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnoses and/or brain injuries.

The position requires leadership, two years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting, and flexibility for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Leadership Experience (supervisor, team lead, chairing a committee)
• Two years of experience in a therapeutic, residential, or corrective environment providing counseling and rehabilitative care
• Must meet MN statute 245D.081 qualifications and possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work rotating or irregular hours and provide direct care as needed
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and budget interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff to meet program objectives and ensure safety and quality of care
• Administer fiscal resources to ensure prudent expenditures and regulatory compliance
• Develop, implement and evaluate residential services to meet client needs and community integration
• Provide direct care to residents as needed and maintain a safe environment
• Coordinate with families, case managers and care team to ensure coordinated services
• Develop positive relationships with the local community
