Job summary

Integrity Care Solution Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Designated Manager to oversee daily operations of the care services program in Saint Paul, MN. This leadership role ensures regulatory compliance and high-quality, person-centered care for clients.

You will supervise direct care staff, develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans, and serve as the primary contact for licensing agencies, audits, and DHS reviews.

Qualifications

• Meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for a Designated Manager.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or human services.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota home care licensing rules.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or elderly populations preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

• Ensure compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations and licensing requirements
• Supervise, train, and support direct care staff to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing agencies, audits, and compliance reviews
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting as required by regulatory bodies
• Foster a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for clients and staff

Requirements:

• Must meet Minnesota DHS qualifications for a Designated Manager in a home care or disability services setting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within healthcare or human services
